Table 1 Extraction efficiencies for different metals using BPHA (5 min contact time) and dithizone (1 min contact time) from 2 M Zn(NO3)2 in 0.01 M HNO3. Fe(III), Cu, Mn, Co and Ni ions were added to the Zn(NO3)2 solution at concentrations of 0.1 mM. The reported uncertainty is given as one standard deviation of the mean (n = 3)
