A 68Ga-DOTANOC and B 18 F-AlF-OC images (from top to bottom: maximum-intensity projection PET, transversal PET and fused PET/CT images, respectively) of a seventy-year old male patient with an intestinal neuroendocrine tumor with multiple liver metastases and one involved lymph node. 18 F-AlF-OC detected an additional bone lesion (blue arrow) that was confirmed by C follow-up 68Ga-DOTANOC imaging 6 months later.
