[^99mTc]Tc-NanoHSA from one radiolabelling was retained on a Sep-Pak® cartridge and hydrophilic fraction A was submitted to TLC. Glucose migrated with the solvent front in 0.9% NaCl (purple trace) and mostly remained at the start in MEK (blue trace) mobile phase
