Biodistribution of [64Cu]NOTA-pentixather at 1.5 h (tracer only, black bars, n = 5) and 24 h p.i. (grey bars, n = 6) in Daudi xenograft-bearing CB-17 SCID mice. Mice were injected with 5.2 MBq [64Cu]NOTA-pentixather (122 pmol/0.160 μg peptide; AS = 43 GBq/μmol). Non-specific tracer accumulation was determined by coinjection of 2 mg/kg AMD3100 (50 μg/mouse; white bars, n = 3)
